Purchased a used car from Subaru of Gwinnett and it’s been a nightmare First the vehicle had a massive oil leak that they tried to hide it by steam cleaning the engine, Second they gave me tire changing been a nightmare First the vehicle had a massive oil leak that they tried to hide it by steam cleaning the engine, Second they gave me tire changing tools that did not fit my car. My experience with Ms. Brown & Ms. Kessler is excellent. Mr Herb Hoffman is a xxxxx. I have filed a complaint with Subaru Corporate Office of his prejudicial treatment tow Brown & Ms. Kessler is excellent. Mr Herb Hoffman is a xxxxx. I have filed a complaint with Subaru Corporate Office of his prejudicial treatment towards me. Hoffman claims that I returned loaner cars smelling of smoke. I DON'T SMOKE! I requested a loaner prior to my appointment. Upon arrival, Herb Hoffman humiliated me in front of the entire service area by announcing that I was banned from getting a loaner car. I have had 3 loaners from Subaru and was never advised by text, call or email about smoke in cars. After Ms. Brown & Kessler got involved he insisted that I signed a $1000 agreement for a smoke in car just to give me the loaner. The cleaning fee sticker in all loaner cars is $300! Hoffman has different treatment for different people which is not what Subaru preaches! More

Agree with many others . . . Richard (RL) Williams was a super professional sales representative, friendly, speedy, knowledgeable and helpful. Very easy to do business with Subaru of Gwinnett across the bo super professional sales representative, friendly, speedy, knowledgeable and helpful. Very easy to do business with Subaru of Gwinnett across the board. Lady running the lobby area was constantly checking on all the customers waiting from service and / or sales asking if anyone needed anything and even changing the temperature (heat) in the showroom immediately when one customer commented that she was cold. Finance team was also very professional, transparent and fast. I look forward to being a new customer to this dealership with my brand new purchase and getting to come in for service over the years to come. Not only are the vehicles world class, but the team here at Subaru of Gwinnett is also World Class. Thank you for everything! More
