I have had the pleasure of working with Glen Gasbarro at Crown Hyundai when leasing my last 2 vehicles. I received an email from Jennifer Irvin in mid-November letting me know that my lease end was coming Crown Hyundai when leasing my last 2 vehicles. I received an email from Jennifer Irvin in mid-November letting me know that my lease end was coming up soon and she said she had a few vehicles that I may be interested in. I must admit the information she sent to me seemed too good to be true. I honestly thought once I arrived, I would be told that those vehicles were no longer available, and I would not get that same deal that was sent in the email. I arrived at the dealership and was greeted by Glen. Jennifer was busy with another customer, so Glen was the one that showed me the vehicles. As soon as I saw the 2023 Santa Fe, I knew that was the vehicle for me. Once we went inside to the desk to start looking at numbers I was waiting for the "bait and switch" to happen with the numbers that I originally received in the email. To my surprise that did not happen! I was able to get the same deal that I was promised in the email. There was no haggling and no pressure at all! Once again, I had a great experience in leasing my 3rd vehicle from Crown Hyundai and working with Glen on the past 2 vehicle leases was such a pleasure! I just hope Glen is there in 3 more years when it's time for my new lease! More

Jennifer Irvin was an amazing sales associate. So helpful. Van in financial, however, did not meet expectations. Financial took approximately 3.5 hours (yes hours) on a deal that was already done (I.e. no negotiations and credit of over 800). I had to redo paperwork 3 times because the “computer” kept messing it up (including after I got home). Being at the dealership for over 4 hours with a two year old when the numbers were pre-agreed upon is beyond less than ideal. Again, Jennifer was great and her side was quick, efficient and informative. More

Went in for a new car and saw Jennifer Irvin to get a new car. She was very helpful in getting me into a new elantra nline. She gave me the best experience I have ever had buting a car.
