This dealership has a wide variety of vehicles to choose from. What really impressed me was how patient Rob and Bill were when I changed my mind after some of the paperwork had been done on the EcoSport. Bu from. What really impressed me was how patient Rob and Bill were when I changed my mind after some of the paperwork had been done on the EcoSport. But I love the Nissan Sentra so it all worked out. At least Bill didn't get to the stage where he turns his desk into a smart board. I admit I'm lousy at buying cars, especially since I didn't have anyone with me to give me advice. And I also should have looked at other cars instead of just looking at the website. But I was constrained by the amount I could put down and the monthly payment I could handle. Had a problem with the business manager James Tibbitts during the sales I told him that there would be a payment due on my old truck on July 15th . He told me not to worry about it my old truck would be p during the sales I told him that there would be a payment due on my old truck on July 15th . He told me not to worry about it my old truck would be paid off the next day 7/8/2024 . On July 15 Ford credit took out $338.46 out of my account ( 060588284). He was little to no help with getting a refund back from Ford credit. If he had told me there maybe a problem I would have stopped at my bank on my way home and my auto pay. He never admitted it was his fault and also stopped answering my calls. I just received my refund 8/9/24 after many calls to Ford Credit. I purchased a new Ford Ranger XLT, More
