Used 2016. That sold minutes before we signed. Oh well. He put us in a 2917 Outback for almost the same price as the used car. How cool is that. Drove it up to M Lemon today, 100+ miles, drives like a dream. Still waiting for that 35+ mph to kick in. More

I was a little disappointed when the Forester I wanted was sold moments before I submitted my application, but these things happen. Both Jennifer and her manager apologized even though they weren't at fault. At this point, I was ready to leave and check back in the future. Jennifer and her manager were persuasive and found a Forester with almost all the same features as the used one. In the end, it all worked out in my favor. I got a brand new vehicle at an incredible price. Not only was the final price very generous, but they gave me a fair amount for my trade-in. More

I was looking for a hatchback with a manual transmission but was not the best nor comfortable with driving a manual and Jennifer took the time to work with me through re-learning how to drive stick. Great job taking Volkswagens money. Had a great interaction with Jennifer and Subaru. I was in the position to choose a VW or Subaru due to "Dieselgate" and VW buying back my car. Tucson Had a great interaction with Jennifer and Subaru. I was in the position to choose a VW or Subaru due to "Dieselgate" and VW buying back my car. Tucson Subaru was more than willing to play ball and compete with the Phoenix market. Jennifer answered all my questions in a timely manner. She had all the paperwork ready to go after we reached an agreement so I had to spend a least amount of time in the dealership. This is the 8th car I've bought in my lifetime and by far the best experience so far. I would more than recommend Jennifer and Tucson Subaru. The cold, aloof attitude from Larry H. Miller VW has turned me off VW. After buying from Tucson Subaru, I've heard nothing but great things, I'll be recommending Tucson Subaru to all I know. More

On the date of sale she walked me through the vehicle top to bottom and even gave flowers to my fiance. We weren't expecting that! Tim in finance was also wonderful. He helped us understand all of our options and kept my monthly payment consistent with what I wanted. I'd recommend these two to anyone! More
