Making Things Right I took my 07 CRV in for the air bag recall and the door lock recall. After first being told the cost of replacing the lock would be covered, the servi I took my 07 CRV in for the air bag recall and the door lock recall. After first being told the cost of replacing the lock would be covered, the service advisor said it wouldn't. Not cool. And I told them so. Later, I got a call from the Service Manager and he invited me back to have the lock replaced at no charge. That was a classy thing to do. I appreciate this gesture of goodwill as well as the shuttle service and the free car wash. I would definitely recommend Brandon Honda to my friends and family. More

I also needed to have the drivers side seat motor replaced. Luckily when I purchased the vehicle, I purchased the extended warranty which covered this replacement. Very important to keep vehicle in good working order. More
