I am very dissatisfied with the service of late with my truck. I was charged $22 of an environmental fee of which I had no fluids and no tires looked at changed or replaced. All I had was a $12 plastic piece installed on my ram box locking system on my ram box. when I asked the young man who took my money to pay for this what it was for he couldn’t explain it. All he said is it something that y’all do and you do it to everyone and he just can’t explain it, but it is a charge that’s on our ticket. I bought my vehicles from the North Pekin store and as far as I’m concerned, I’m gonna start looking for another Dodge dealer that’s in the area that can maybe take over my vehicles maintenance.. My truck was in 3 different times due to issues with body damage caused at the dealer ship. They replaced throttle body, map sensor and 1 plug I had issues with. When I originally drop it off I asked them to rotate my tires in addition to the other work. They called, said truck was ready for pick up I go and inspect and noticed my tires weren’t rotated went in and asked about it. We discussed the tires and decided they would do it when in for the damage.So we scheduled it dropped it off. Again they called said truck was ready went to pick it up and noticed tires still not rotated. I go back inside again we decide it will done when the new running boards came in. I use my truck a lot so I couldn’t leave it. The running boards are in so we scheduled it went in and waited left when done got home tires not rotated. They did in the beginning offer a refund but I wanted my tires rotated so I said. Now would I recommend them to family and friends, absolutely they have always done great work. My point is always follow up and if something isn’t right fix it then don’t wait. Seems there was a lot of miscommunication on both side. I do recommend Uftring in Pekin, the do great plus I have purchased a few automobiles from them as well. More

Have had our 209 Nissan Altima into this dealership numerous times since it was purchased with an extended warranty.. Two times this year there have been problems. Several months ago it was in an The p numerous times since it was purchased with an extended warranty.. Two times this year there have been problems. Several months ago it was in an The power steering rack was replaced. Also during that same time period the serpentine belt was replaced twice as well as the power steering pump. After the power steering pump was replaced leaked power steering fluid on my mom's concrete driveway. It was on a Friday night that I discovered this & thought it was transmission fluid. Both Uftring Chrysler Dodge Jeep & Uftring Nissan refused to look at it on Saturday. So, I drove to Uftring Nissan. At first they refused to look at it. I told them i wanted transmission looked at because I was afraid to drive it over the weekend. Showed the technician the picture of fluid on driveway. I also explained it had just had 3200 worth of warranty work done at Uftring Chrysler Dodge Jeep & I shouldn't be having problems like this, wanted problem checked that day to make sure i wasn't running a major component like transmission or power steering pump. They did agee to check it. After checking it they said fitting on power steering pump was leaking. They topped off power steeringfluid. And said to take back to Uftring Chrysler Dodge Jeep for repairs. Gave a printout of problem.Took back to Uftring Chrysler Dodge Jeep & repaired fitting. Got car back & was making noise when turning steering wheel. We're told "it's air in the system. It'll work itself out in a couple weeks". However it never did. Not long ago had an oil change done where they did an inspection. During the inspection they noted that cv axel needed replaced. Which I was told should have been discovered during the rack replacement you had done. The a/c wasn't working. Setup appointment with Uftring Chrysler Dodge Jeep to bring car in 7/3/25. This time we were given a rental/loaner for the week it was being worked on. Last time we were without transportation for three weeks while it was in for repairs. Which severely inconvenienced us. So, the cv axel & a/c compressor were replaced..under warranty. However, i was told by Brandon Garcia we need struts. Which we put front struts on last July. Took it somewhere else and they did another free inspection. Checked it out & said it DOESN'T need struts. Also was told the whining is from power steering needing to be bled. More
