Chris was incredibly knowledgeable about the Civic Type R—he walked me through all the specs and features in detail, patiently answering every question I had. I had done some research beforehand, but Chris really helped me understand how the new model takes the already impressive Civic to a whole new level. From the turbocharged engine to the upgraded suspension and those gorgeous sporty design elements, it’s everything I was looking for in a car. What really stood out, though, was Chris’s laid-back yet professional approach. He didn’t pressure me at all, just made sure I had all the information I needed and gave me plenty of space to make a decision. When I finally decided to move forward, the entire process—paperwork, financing, and everything—was smooth and quick. Now that I’ve got my hands on the Type R, I’m already thinking about how I want to modify it in the future. From adding a cold air intake to maybe upgrading the exhaust. It’s already an absolute thrill to drive, and I can’t wait to make it even more of a reflection of my personal style. I want to start out with I almost lost out on a great deal being stubborn. First I must start out with Jon Gjonpali! If it wasn’t for him I would have went somewhere else but his gently demeanor and not deal being stubborn. First I must start out with Jon Gjonpali! He never pressured me into taking something I wasn’t comfortable with and made great recommendations for my personal and family needs. The finance manager worked with me we made a phenomenal deal! She was very fair and we made 2 deals that day on my 21 trade in and my new vehicle. I went looking for a civic and left in a brand new Ridgeline. The combination of the female finance manager and Jon was /is the reason I walked away with a new vehicle. Again if it wasn’t for Jon Gjonpali I would not have returned and made a great decision.
