Jennie was extremely responsive to all my communications (within the minute most of the time!, even on her days off!). She made the purchase experience seamless and explained to me in details about what to (within the minute most of the time!, even on her days off!). When she sensed my hesitations in certain areas, she knew exactly how give me the assurances I needed to proceed with the purchase. Also, I had to come at a later time to get a couple of accessories installed; she was on top of it with the service team and car rental.
