I went for a service on my 2018 Mazda CX-9 and while as waiting Jennifer called me and offer me a great deal. Currently I was paying for my CX-9 3.6% on my auto loan so she offer me a new car with a low ra waiting Jennifer called me and offer me a great deal. Currently I was paying for my CX-9 3.6% on my auto loan so she offer me a new car with a low rate of 1.9%. She was really patience even when I didn’t feel good at all and I told her that I needed to go the hospital. Overall she did good and I purchase a 2020 Mazda CX-5 Grand Touring. I would recommend the dealership but , a big but , and I'm talking about the salesperson, she had no informations or whatsoever . No training, she couldn't answer any questions, she had to check with othe I'm talking about the salesperson, she had no informations or whatsoever . No training, she couldn't answer any questions, she had to check with other people. I don't think she understood English. I wasn't satisfied, .I'm happy with my New Mazda cx30 but the process was long and painful. The salesperson didn't provide us with any informations, I just had to find out later about multiple issues online. Even when trying to pay my lease , no one explained to me or showed me the new app to pay . When I had my other Mazda 3 I used to pay through chase app. It was easy and convenient . No one told us that I have to pay through M.F.S. I had to find out on my own. Even when calling the dealership, finance department, no answer and I couldn't even leave a message, their voice mail was full. I hope you understand my frustration. And there is a lot more...
