My windshield was broken after picking up car. Called to discuss and was treated what I would describe as badly. Not interested in even finding out details - went straight to “we didn’t do it.” Wa Called to discuss and was treated what I would describe as badly. I bought my car from Brogden and had just spend over $4k in repairs just to be treated this way. Not a happy customer. More

When you spoke with our Service Manager, he advised that the technician who worked on your vehicle noted the windshield was broken prior to your service. He offered to assist you in getting the window repaired using our preferred vendor at dealer cost, however that offer was declined.
