I originally leased my vehicle at Kenny Ross but when I returned to purchase the vehicle there was not a single positive in the entire experience. I spoke to two different people about my upcoming schedul returned to purchase the vehicle there was not a single positive in the entire experience. I spoke to two different people about my upcoming scheduled appointment to purchase my vehicle, upon arriving no one knew I was there to PURCHASE the vehicle. I was told that they would probably not have enough time to complete the purchase at the appointment (2:00 appointment time) that was made to purchase the vehicle. And i live 45 minutes from the dealership. I asked to speak to the manager, who I never saw. I was told the service department would need to inspect the vehicle at a cost of $295, which is ridiculous. They of course returned to tell me the car needed breaks and rotors at a cost of $650. Then I was told I was 4th "in line" to complete the purchase paperwork, which was going to take more than an hour. I had another obligation and was not going to be able to wait any longer to complete the purchase. I made another appointment to drive back to the dealership to purchase the car. After leaving Kenny Ross extremely angry I decided to inquire at another Subaru Dealer if I could purchase the vehicle at their dealership and they stated that I could. I went to Sendell Subara in Greensburg PA they were so helpful. They made me an appointment to purchase the car. We were in and out of the dealership in just over an hour. They also performed the same inspection of the vehicle, for FREE and told me I only needed rear breaks and that they would also be FREE. This was almost a $1000 savings and less service required. The purchase went seamless with exceptionally helpful professional staff, nothing like Kenny Ross. This was in September, and I never cancelled the appointment, I have yet to hear from Kenny Ross about returning to purchase the car. I guess they don't care about their customers. As a family with 3 Subaru's needless to say we love the brand!! We even recommended a friend go to Sendell and buy her next car. She also had a great experience, I would never recommend Kenny Ross. More
