I can’t thank the team at Marianna Nissan enough for the incredible service I received when my car broke down on the side of the highway. Being from out of town, the situation was stressful and overwhelming incredible service I received when my car broke down on the side of the highway. Being from out of town, the situation was stressful and overwhelming — but Gary and Jeff turned a terrible day into one I’ll never forget for all the right reasons. I had to Uber to the dealership, they arranged to get my car to their service center and gave it a full diagnostic workup. They discovered some major issues and worked efficiently to get everything sorted out and all the parts ordered. I ended up spending the entire day there, and they truly went out of their way to make sure I was taken care of. Gary and Jeff are the essence of what customer service should be. They checked in on me regularly, offered to buy me lunch, and made me feel genuinely cared for — like family, even though I was just passing through. They didn’t have to go the extra mile, but they did — and that kind of service deserves to be recognized. Thank you again for your kindness, professionalism, and heart. You made all the difference.
