Scheduled my lease for a service appointment and everything went smoothly. I was able to call in to book an appointment the day before. I dropped the car off and waited in the customer area which wa everything went smoothly. I was able to call in to book an appointment the day before. I dropped the car off and waited in the customer area which was comfortable and had beverage/snacks available. The oil change/fluid top offs/tire rotations were done within an hour.
