I received a pre-qualified offer from GMAC which coincided with a need for a vehicle to replace one of my older vehicles. So, I began my search online for a vehicle. Shortly, Jeff contacted me to introduce himself and offer any help he could. When we found our vehicle, arrangements were made to have the vehicle delivered from another dealerahip to arrive the same day. We went in, test drove, and easily and efficiently completed the sale withoit any hassle that day. The finance manager even stayed over closing time to guarantee we able to drive our car off the lot that day. At no time did i ever feel even the least amount of pressure, which i greatly appreciate. I have walked out of sales many times before from unnecessary high-pressure sales staff.
