I was impressed the general manager was there upfront to greet us. They had the car I was interested in to look at inside the showroom. Our salesperson, Jeff Hoon, was outstanding: very personable, courteous and respectful. His interjection of humorous stories along the way certainly added a comfort level to the process. His trainee, Josh, initially provided us with information on our first visit and we found him very knowledgeable and helpful. When I entered the building, I was looking for Ari, the General Sales Manager, who has always been our Go-To person, ever since we purchased our first car from him in 2017, however, Ari was unavailable because he was with another customer. Josh saw me walking around and looking at cars and reached out to me and asked if I had any questions. He proceeded to explain the features on the GMC Acadia Elevation, which I eventually purchased. He will be a great salesperson also. Additionally, the Finance Officer, Michelle, was very friendly and personable and she made the paperwork appear to be an easy process for her. I give this dealership high marks because I visited several dealerships prior to purchasing a new car and I returned to the dealership where we have always felt valued. More
