I showed up at the dealership without an appointment. I was experiencing a problem and barely made it there. The service department was very accommodating and was able to get me right in. Unfortunatel I was experiencing a problem and barely made it there. The service department was very accommodating and was able to get me right in. Unfortunately, they were unable to fix my car and I ended up having to buy a new one. Service worked with Sales, and I was able to drive off the lot later that day with a new car. More
