I'm just disappointed in this dealership. I found a used Rav4 on CarFax that caught my eye and decided to call to find out more about the car such as their out-the-door price, fees, and any w I found a used Rav4 on CarFax that caught my eye and decided to call to find out more about the car such as their out-the-door price, fees, and any warranties on the car. I called JJ, since I saw many good reviews about him beforehand, to ask about these concerns. He told me that since it was a certified pre-owned Toyota, I would have to pay another $2k on top of the car's listed price (It did not say anything about that in the small print on the website, as well as stated that not being a nonnegotiable fee) as well as "the regular dealer fees". I scheduled an appointment for the next day and asked to receive the out-the-door price before then. Delray Toyota did not give an out-the-door price, even when I reached out multiple times on the day of the appointment. I reached out to Ed Morse Delray that I would not be coming in for the appointment until I received the out-the-door price. Days passed, and I received no response after multiple emails and texts (I even got an email saying I was blocked from sending emails). I went to another dealership and got a Rav4 that had half the miles for less than what I had to pay for the Rav4 here, as well as more transparency about the price. Wished I had a better experience with Ed Morse Delray. More
