Repeat customer I appreciate the way I'm treated by everyone (sales, service, finance) at Bill DeLord's. Since moving to Ohio (over 24 years ago) I've some really bad I appreciate the way I'm treated by everyone (sales, service, finance) at Bill DeLord's. Since moving to Ohio (over 24 years ago) I've some really bad experiences with other car dealerships. I just purchased my third new car from Tom Kohl's at Bill DeLord's. I'm sure there are probably other good dealerships closer to where I now live but I just don't have the time or the patience to find out. More

Warranty Work I took my car in for repair last Monday and Jeffery Wright, the service writer, was the individual who took care of me. I waited for the work to be p I took my car in for repair last Monday and Jeffery Wright, the service writer, was the individual who took care of me. I waited for the work to be performed, however, when Jeff came into the waiting area and sat down I just knew it was bad news. He reassured me and told me that a part had to be ordered and he was looking at Friday at the latest for my car to be completed. He then offered me a loaner car and I was quickly on my way. Friday morning Jeff called to let me know that the part hadn't arrived and he had checked on the status and that it had been "shipped". He informed me if the part would arrive that day he would have to call the installer and schedule a time for them to come out and install it, so he said that it would probably be Monday when my car would be ready. I appreciated the call so that I didn't have to wait around all day for my car. But I do have to say that my car was ready late Friday and I picked it up on Saturday! I really appreciate how Jeff kept me informed about my car and also when the part did arrive, the installer was called and installed it the same day - now that's what I call great service! I live in Dayton and purchased my car from Bill Delord four years ago and have always taken my car to them for service. I could easily take my car to any Cadillac dealer in Dayton for service but I choose this dealer because of the fast, friendly and courteous service they deliver. Keep up the good work! More

Outstanding Dealer and good to work wih. I have purchased 4 cars from this dealer and they have been great to work with in all cases. The salesmen are friendly and they know the products. When you have a problem, they go out of their way to solve it. Cars are becoming very complex and they have so many options you can get. If you have a problem understanding all these options and how they work and how you get them to work, the salesmen, sales manager, finance person and even the owner will help you even if it takes a lot of time. I would recommend this dealer to anyone. More

He took the time to walk me through the setup procedures again to make sure that I understood the procedure. He also had the mechanic download the most current software update.
