I enjoy helping people and making their vehicle buying experience easy with a no pressure approach. Although I have only been in the car business for a short time, I have been in public service all of my professional career. I am a retired Law Enforcement officer from the State of North Carolina where I served for 25 years helping people. When my family and I moved to Tennessee for my wife's career, I decided retirement was not as exciting as I thought it would be. My wife suggested maybe I should sell cars after having done so well selling our 4 cars and a camper prior to moving from North Carolina. I have always enjoyed helping and meeting new people so I decided I would try my hand at car sales. I learned to drive on my Grandfather's Toyota farm truck with over 300,000 miles and I have always loved Toyota from that point on. My Grandmother told me when I was a teenager, "if you enjoy what you do for a living, you will never work a day in your life". I continue to agree!

Jeff made this process so smooth. He showed us various options and towards the end, like magic, something I wanted with extra add ons within my budget or what I ended up with and he hustled with Yuri to make the signing go as fast as possible. I really appreciated his help and will be recommending him to anyone who needs a new car. Best early Christmas present. More

Jeff helped me order and purchase my 2024 Grand Highlander Hybrid. We began the process back in October, and Jeff was attentive, knowledgeable, and thorough throughout the process. The dealership also did a great job giving me a good price for my trade-in (another make). When my vehicle was available, he walked me through my options and pricing, giving me great advice along the way. Finally, the purchase transaction was smooth, he got all my questions answered, and took the time to get me set up with my vehicle before leaving the dealership. I live out of state and only wanted to work with a highly-rated dealer. I would not hesitate to make the trip to work with Jeff and this dealership again. More

Jeff "Deputy Dog" Williams is an excellent Sales Representative for Toyota of Cools Springs. I do not make this comment lightly. Jeff has taken time to speak with me when I had questions and was n Representative for Toyota of Cools Springs. I do not make this comment lightly. Jeff has taken time to speak with me when I had questions and was not ready to purchase on three occasions prior to this transaction. I was treated as if I had made a purchase during each of those encounters. When I was ready to make a purchase, who to do that with as one of the easiest decisions I will make in quite some time. Jeff builds relationships, and that means everything to me. I have a choice of where to spend my money and I feel great about wanting to spend it at Toyota of Cools Springs. More
