I took our car in because I hit a raccoon and the dash had a flag saying take to dealer….. When I took it to Honda of Lincoln after looking at it they called and recommended an auto body repair shop, Mid had a flag saying take to dealer….. When I took it to Honda of Lincoln after looking at it they called and recommended an auto body repair shop, Mid Town-who we have worked with before and like their work, because of the damage done. Jeff Williams called saying he’d take the car to Mid Town, which he did and certainly did not have to do. Jeff is such a great guy it didn’t surprise me he’d do that. The car will be ready on Monday.😄 More

I purchased the warranty for my windshield when I leased my accord in 2021. I had a crack and scheduled an appointment to have it replaced. After it was replaced a few days later it leaked all over my headl my accord in 2021. I had a crack and scheduled an appointment to have it replaced. After it was replaced a few days later it leaked all over my headliner and water was dripping. I brought it back to Honda and had to wait to have it replaced for a second time. When I got in the car first thing, I saw was fingerprints all over my headliner, glue around the windshield, trim pieces on the outside of the windshield not put back correctly and scratched on both sides of fenders. I don't know how a post install inspection was not completed to see this. I went back in and told Grant, and he said someone would call me and no one did so I called back the next day and had to wait for Jeff. After speaking with him he said Jaime from Lopez would call me and again took me following up to get an answer. Jaime told me he wasn't responsible for the scratches, and he would have the head liner cleaned. After working with Jeff, I had to take more time out of my day to go and get it detailed. One of the scratches was buffed out and the headliner was still has small areas of glue that did not come off. After speaking with Jeff, he told me this was not Hondas responsibility, and it has to go through Jaime. Extremely frustrating to be told when I bought the warranty that Honda will take care of it all and when i signed for the service it was all through Honda. Honda should have taken the action and fixed this from the beginning. I spoke with Jaime, and he offered to pay me $500 for the issue because he did not have time to deal with it. How does that look when you don't have time to fix and issue that you caused. I ended up just settling on $600 because he continually said he won't fix the scratch and he was going to pay on of his buddies to install the headliner. I will not let him touch my car again after all the issues he caused and the poor experience. Hard for me to trust the warranties now that I paid for when I got my car after Honda not helping with this and my lease is up soon, and I will look elsewhere. I will talk with someone if they want to reach out. More
