I regret ever stepping into the Hyundai of Fort Myers store to purchase my Elantra. William Karrels waited until after my Credit was ran and Insurance was transitioned to advise me that he did not hav store to purchase my Elantra. William Karrels waited until after my Credit was ran and Insurance was transitioned to advise me that he did not have a spare key for the car I had purchased. He told me I would need to contact the locksmith myself to obtain the key. I made several attempts to contact the locksmith without success. I informed General Manager, Jason Curie, Adan Hernandez, William Karrels,, and Jeffrey Simpson of the issue with ordering and cutting the key. They assured me the issue would be resolved. Last week, Adan told me the key would be ready on 1/10/25. I arrived for my third trip to the Dealership regarding this issue and was informed by Service that the key would not be ready. I have now been waiting 10 weeks for the spare key. This all could have been resolved if anyone mentioned above could have bothered to take 5 minutes to call the locksmith on my behalf, as the locksmith is contracted with Hyundai and not the Consumer. The locksmith's disinterest in my problem is completely understandable. Jason, Jeffrey, William or Adan all had an opportunity to make a difference with this specific Customer Service issue and simply could not be bothered. I've raised the issue with Jason and Jeffrey directly over the past several weeks and have received several hollow, meaningless words and a complete lack of accountability and action. They have been given every opportunity to "make good" on this issue over the last several weeks but simply have not actually done anything. I wasted two more hours at the Dealership today, my third wasted trip to the store since 10/31, including needing to take time off of work for this, and still do not have the key. Again, this is after I went out of my way to confirm everything would be ready today. Clearly, Hyundai, Jason, and his team simply do not care about their customers once they have received their Down Payment and Commission. The complete and utter disrespect that I have been shown at Hyundai since I made my $25,000 purchase is completely reprehensible. Particularly, considering how easy and uncomplicated this issue would be to resolve. I very much look forward to the day that I can trade the car back in so that I never have to do business with Hyundai of Fort Myers every again. More

Michael Swan provided excellent support as we finalized the paperwork. The exceptional customer service convinced us to choose the 2024 Hyundai Tucson without looking elsewhere. My wife and I had a great experience purchasing our new Palisade. Manager and Salesman were amazing. No pressure sales, just wanted to make us happy and to feel comfortable with our purchase.
