Associates and management listened to ourselves and other customers as well. We were in attendance over 4days the final day was after 4:30, end of the month, very professional, very busy, family friendly sho customers as well. Our Sales Advisor was Alejandro Pastrana who remained in contact with us over four days. 1st appointment, Ale scheduled via internet demonstration of the 3 certified cars we had previously selected. Also suggested we review the advantages of leasing a new car. We left to consider and research the website information 2nd appointment, Ale demonstrated the model we selected and went over the safety features and the quality of the Tuson During this process Anthony joined us to reach agreement on terms etc. As the specific car had to be brought in from a sister agency we needed to return the following day. 3rd day was completing the leasing process and waiting for our car. It was detailed and we were given possession just prior to closing. We look forward to our 4th visit to get the overview of the somewhat overwhelming programming features of our new car. We have driven our car for several days using manual tuning of the radio; but, experiencing for the first time the convenience of the new car. We were comparing this SUV to a used Lincoln Corsair. We were sold on the Hyundai experience. More
