After several communications with the sales manager and sales agent, a 2” trailer hitch was installed with a size adapter added. There is no electric harness because, as was later explained, trailer hitches are not advised by Hyundai, so the undercarriage has no provision for attaching the necessary wiring. Resolutions were offered and accepted but the trailer hitch issue caused unnecessary adjustments that were preventable. We were very disappointed with the trailer hitch issue since we can no longer use our kayak trailer. Every staff person was eager to please the customer.
