The door handle was replaced as requested. However, the main reason for the service was to provide a detailed interior and exterior cleaning. I was told they would need the car for most of the day to complete. Dropped car off at 7am, and picked car up at 3:30pm after receiving a text stating that the work was completed. The car was not cleaned with no explanation as to why not. I was told they’ll look into it and call me. Have not received a call. I live almost an hour away from the dealership so it’s not exactly convenient for me to leave my car all day especially for nothing. I have never considered having a car detail cleaned before but I thought I would splurge as I’m going on a special trip to see my son. I know this is over the top for me to add, but I’m extremely disappointed. I have terminal cancer and my time is limited and I just wanted to treat myself to something nice. I do realize in the scheme of things not having my car cleaned doesn’t compare to other real works problems. But the lack of service I received without any solutions offered is disappointing. More

The inspection of my vehicle was very thorough, and I appreciate the video explaining all the problems. The repairs were completed early and my CX-5 drives as if were brand new. I am very disappointed with my experience with this dealership. i bought a new car and owned it for only a week before it started to have issues. I brought my car in expecting it to only take a day to dealership. i bought a new car and owned it for only a week before it started to have issues. I brought my car in expecting it to only take a day to look at it and each day they kept on pushing it back. Then I got a message that they would have my car way longer than expected because there is an issue that they have never experienced before. I went a couple days not getting any updates and continuously reached out and everytime they would say “no update” they ended up having my car longer then I even owned it. They had my car in the shop for about 2 weeks before they told me to come get it because they couldn’t figure out the issue and it would take about a month before they know what’s wrong with it. I am still waiting for my car to be fixed but this is unacceptable for a brand new car to be having issues a week into owning it. I am very disappointed. More
