I usually have a very good experience with Crestmont, but this last time that I brought my car in for maintenance, I had a horrible experience. I have also been told conflicting stories about the seriousness of the damage to my car and the speed with which it will be fixed. Jeff told me not to drive with misfiring cylinders and broken spark plugs, while another man at the desk said it was no big deal to have misfiring cylinders and that he believed I didn't even need it to be looked at.
