Took way to long for mainly an oil change and alignment. Even after they said it would be done in 10 minutes it was 45. So for that reason alone I wouldn’t recommend. I’ve always been satisfied. Sales (Kory) was AWESOME - Finance Department - MAJOR FAIL!!!! I had to wait 4 hours for financing after informing them first thing in the morning of an important Doctors appointment. I barely made it FAIL!!!! I had to wait 4 hours for financing after informing them first thing in the morning of an important Doctors appointment. I barely made it in time. Apparently, a new Finance Mgr was having issues with the process, (system issues, information issues, and a few more). I don't blame Kiki for the whole issue, the training Manager should have helped manage the entire process to make sure the customer satisfaction was held up to your high standards. I should not have had to wait over 3 days to receive my email documents. I am very happy with the Sales part of the service. However, the Finance Department had my already high blood pressure and anxiety thru the roof. More

Absolutely the worst car dealership in Florida. My car was worth more than they wanted to give me and when my car came in they raised the price. The car came quick when I ordered it but they raised the price and didn’t give me a fair price for my 2019 Toyota Prius AWD two electric motor XLE with all the bells and whistles with only 25000 miles on it price and didn’t give me a fair price for my 2019 Toyota Prius AWD two electric motor XLE with all the bells and whistles with only 25000 miles on it. The service department leaves greasy hand prints all over the doors, leaves their trash in the cup holder after peeling off the next service sticker, left the oil cap off and had at least a quart of oil in my garage. The worst Toyota dealership in Florida. When you take your car to get service it supposed to get a free car wash but this dealership is to cheap and greedy. More
