Land Rover Riverside is awesome! Very professional and helpful staff. Both Patrick Branson and Jeff Rawlins went above and beyond to exceed my expectations! My wife and I recently purchased a preowned 2022 GMC Yukon AT4. We were greeted courteously by Sales Representative, Bryant Romero, who asked what our needs were and what type of vehicle we were looking Yukon AT4. We were greeted courteously by Sales Representative, Bryant Romero, who asked what our needs were and what type of vehicle we were looking for. After viewing and setting in two Range Rover vehicles, Bryant informed us of the vehicle we purchased. Next we were introduced to Jeff Rawlins, sales manager, who evaluated our trade in vehicle and negotiated the deal. Jeff was courteous, forthcoming and honest about his positions in negotiations, and answered all our questions respectfully and openly. Finally, we sat with Sean Greene, Finance Manager, who was, again, very courteous and a pleasure to do business with. All purchase options were explained in appropriate detail without pressure. Our overall experience was excellent, and your services will be recommended moving forward. More

Woman buying her first car and taken advantage of by Riverside Jaguar sales. Contacted the dealer for a used car they advertised. It had an outstanding critical recall that was partially completed and t Riverside Jaguar sales. Contacted the dealer for a used car they advertised. It had an outstanding critical recall that was partially completed and this dealer told me it was my problem. Then they tried to sell me GPS and paint protection. They finally agreed to remove these costs and send me a contract. I offered a deposit ($5000) and to wire them the money but Jeff and Bryant said they wanted to send me electronic documents. I had at this point arranged with Chevy to have the recall part sent to my nearest dealer and had a loaner car that I arranged to return. I called the dealer the next day when I did not get a contract and was told they needed to confirm a local address and I again offered to pay for the car. Then the next day Bryant called to say that he was sending the contract and needed it signed in the next hour because there was another buyer on the way, at which point I explained that I have been waiting on him for the contract and had arranged for the recalled part to be sent to the dealer! I felt they dismissed women and took advantage being that it was my first car purchase. I called Jeff to understand what they were doing with their commitment to me only to be told they were selling the car to someone who was on his way to the dealer since he was approved for a loan even though I was paying cash and had an agreed deal 2 days ago. Jeff and Bryant are unethical and I would try and avoid this dealer if you are a woman, married to woman or have a daughter. Just imagine what I went through because I depended on this dealer for transportation and have had to scramble to find another car. But this time will look for an ethical dealer that cares about their customers and wants them to return. They really showed how they cared about customers when I offered to provide the information needed to insure the next owner can get the recall part, instead they said that is the new owner's problem and didn't want to notify them! Perhaps they were worried it would loose them the commission on the deal which they obviously put ahead of the major inconvenience to the new customer! More
