So, this company sold me a vehicle on which they did not have a clear title - UNBELIEVABLE! Furthermore, when the vehicle was delivered, I was informed that there was only one FOB. There should have been two. Yet no one in this organization will lift a finger to get a second FOB, which they could easily do, since Ourisman has four different Toyota dealerships. Furthermore, in preparation for a road trip, I discovered that the tire jack and all related equipment for changing a tire were missing. More crickets. More
