I was helped by Jeff Purcell. He was very knowledgabe about the products I was interested in and was able to answer questions I had related to trading in my old car. I was able to take the car on a test drive with Jeff Purcell and he explained the features of the car, as many were different from the older model. I didn't feel rushed our forced in my decision to purchase a new car, rather educated in making the right decision to me. I would highly recommend working with the salesman, Jeff Purcell. I love my new car and know that I am in good hands when it comes to service! More

My family needed another car. I was a bit anxious about getting a new car. I've dealt with other dealers before, and being a single woman, I always feel like other dealers try to take advantage of me. Thi getting a new car. Jeff Purcell, the salesman was quite friendly and personable. He answered all my questions and told me things to help me get the best deal. I honestly feel as if he had MY best interest in mind. Jason Seger worked the finance out for me. Honestly, he is a miracle worker. I told both Jeff and Jason what I could put down and what I could afford each month and they worked with me. We got an awesome car - the Cruze. My son, 25, will be the primary driver and he was quite impressed with how we were treated. I will ALWAYS recommend Biggers Chevrolet! The experience I had should be what everyone has when purchasing a car - awesome! More

Jeff welcomed me and answered all of my questions. I had a questions regarding a trade in (trade in wasn’t paid off and had a balance).
