Very poor customer service. Horrible wait time. Was left for hours sitting while other customers were seen before me. When I inquired was told told your salesperson. I did to no avail. Told my sales person for hours sitting while other customers were seen before me. When I inquired was told told your salesperson. I did to no avail. Told my sales person about cigarette smell cheap air fresheners were placed. Smell did not leave. Bought the care back left sitting for hours again. Loud toxic smelling air freshener placed and the same smelly air fresheners I removed before were replaced. A simple solution could have resolved the cigarette smoke....change the cabin filter and clean the inside lining. As for the customer service you can’t fix morals , values, and biases!!!!!! More

We just wanted to take the time out to let you know how great a person and sale professional Steve Nedanovski has been to my husband and I. We came into Bill Stasek Chevrolet with a bit of apprehension and great a person and sale professional Steve Nedanovski has been to my husband and I. We came into Bill Stasek Chevrolet with a bit of apprehension and uneasiness. I hate car dealerships as I have had bad experiences with salespersons trying to manipulate me and finagle me into a deal that was not meeting my needs. At times I was told I did not have a choice on what I wanted, even with walking in the door with my own financing. On the day of our visit to Stasek Chevrolet, the weather was cold, snowy, and just a miserable day. So needless to say, this didn’t help our mood. But we knew it was time for us to purchase a second vehicle. Steve met us at the door. He greeted us with kind words and asked if we had an appointment. We told him no and he said, “Ok, I just didn’t want to take someone else’s customer”. We told him we had been prequalified through Capital One. He took the prequalification letter and led us to his desk. From the moment we sat down, Steve did his best to make sure we were comfortable, offering water or coffee. The more we spoke to Steve, the more we became at ease. I verbalized to him my feelings about car dealerships. He told me he could tell that I was uneasy when we walked in. We were happy to learn that the vehicle we were interested in was still available. We were surprised because we were ready for the “bait and switch”, but this was not the case. The test drive was great, and Steve gave us all the information about the 2020 Equinox during the drive. When we got back into his desk, the preliminary paperwork was done without complications. What was even better was that he let us know that the financing would be through GM at a better rate than Capital One. He told us “Congratulations” and my husband rang the gong. He then led us through the dealership to the different departments from financing, the cashiers, the service area, and the body shop. At each of these stops, we were given small tokens of appreciation. As we sat in the waiting area to finalize the deal, he periodically came to check on us and even took us back to the vehicle to point out more features of the car and familiarize us with the OnStar system. The weather was getting worse and Steve told us he would bring the car inside the service area out of the snow and get the plates put on and make sure the car was ready. Although the wait for finalizing the deal was a long one (over an hour), Steve was still available and kept checking with financing to see when they were ready. At the conclusion of the deal, he led us to the vehicle and let us know to please contact him for anything we may have questions or concerns about. I know there is a satisfaction survey to be done about our experience, but I felt the need to write a letter to let you know that you have a wonderful salesperson in Steve and the people at Stasek Chevrolet are a great team. I purchased an Equinox at another dealership a few years ago, but I must say that I will be bringing my future business to Steve and Bill Stasek Chevrolet.
