Bought a used Jeep from them. We live in Missouri so the car needed a MO inspection. The car did not pass inspection, which seemed a bit odd. Called sales guy and as expected h We live in Missouri so the car needed a MO inspection. The car did not pass inspection, which seemed a bit odd. Called sales guy and as expected he said bring it in to service “they’ll take care of you”. Sat there for 3 hours - they fixed nothing but diagnosed the issue and offered to order parts and fix for another $3,500. I should point out that they made sure to mention that they waived the $200 diagnostic fee - as if they were doing me a favor. I did not accept their repair offer and after 5 or 6 back and forth trips from salesguy to ‘ask the manager’ - I got to meet the very pleasant and helpful General Manager. Boy, he’s a real gem. Basically, he didn’t have time to talk to me, nor did he give a rip about the situation. I would not suggest anyone consider doing business with this dealership. More

Absolutely the worst experience I have ever had in my entire life and Jeff Powell is the prime example of the most unprofessional GM! Horrible! Will never step foot in this dealership again and come to entire life and Jeff Powell is the prime example of the most unprofessional GM! Horrible! Will never step foot in this dealership again and come to find out, I am one of many who feel the same! More

This dealership does not stand behind their vehicles or the work they perform on vehicles. I bought 4 vehicles from them at the same time. One had issues from the time I drove it off the lot. I took it in the work they perform on vehicles. I bought 4 vehicles from them at the same time. One had issues from the time I drove it off the lot. I took it in multiple times to get fixed, they kept trying to fix the issue and it was never resolved. The GM Jeff said he was no longer going to work on the issue that was there from the time it was drove off the lot. Instead of trying to fix it he wanted me to trade in the vehicle so that he didn't have to work on anymore because it was costing him too much money to fix. I tried to talk through it and was shut down. I had to go to McCarthy Hyundai to get the work done with factory parts instead of after market parts for the issue to be resolved. I tried contact Jeff to have him reimburse me after the issue was resolved and he didn't want to do anything about it because I didn't come to him first to give him the opportunity to have his guys fix it at a fraction of the cost, which is exactly what I did with trying to get them to fix it in the first place before having to take it somewhere else. DO NOT take your car to this vehicle for service. More
