We picked out an Jetta online that we were interested in on Monday. When we arrived at the dealership on Tuesday Jared was waiting for us and had the car ready for the test drive. The entire deal from start to finish was completed in an hour and half which is unheard of at most other dealerships. My wife and I bought our son his first car last week at this dealership. A 2020 Jetta R-line. Jim Graves and Dylan Satterwhite made it a special experience by leaving the car on the showroom and putting a bow on it. Our son thought we were looking at a used car and played along making our experience awesome. Robert Rumfelt in finance answered many questions and gave us peace of mind regarding our purchase If the car is as good as the experience with the staff we will be very thankful.
