I have lived most of my life in Kansas City . I have worked for 2 Ford Dealerships for the last 28 years. I started at Rob Sight in September of 2006 it was a brand new facility with great potential, growth and excellent reputation. There are many people who have worked here for 15-20 years. I enjoy spending my time off riding 4-wheelers and attending sporting events with my son Jeffrey Jr.

Fair Dealing, Excellent Customer Service We purchased a new 2020 Ford Explorer XLT. We were pleased with the deal we were offered. When we encountered some unusual issues with the purchase, We purchased a new 2020 Ford Explorer XLT. We were pleased with the deal we were offered. When we encountered some unusual issues with the purchase, they were swiftly, pleasantly, and effectively dealt with. We left the dealership completely satisfied with the vehicle, the sales manager, our salesman Michael Taylor, the finance/paperwork office, the service department, and the pre-owned sales manager. We chose Rob Sight specifically because the professional staff in every department are easy to deal with, customer friendly, accommodating, FAIR, and pleasant. The service people could not have been more helpful or more courteous, and assisted in learning some of the new electronic procedures. Rob Sight, and Michael Taylor in particular, are top notch in our book, and we would return there every time. More
