We walked on the lot of the dealership never intending to buy a car that day. We were on vacation, camping nearby on our way home to Houston, Texas. I had wanted to see the new Hyundai as we were starting ou buy a car that day. We were on vacation, camping nearby on our way home to Houston, Texas. I had wanted to see the new Hyundai as we were starting our car shopping. We had 2 dogs in the truck, saw a Hyundai dealership and thought we would stop in to look at a vehicle. I walk on the lot, met Jerry, told him, “ We just want to see a Santa Fe, we are not going to buy”. Jerry was warm, engaging, patient and showed us a car. He answered our questions, we developed a trust that he cared about our concerns. His readiness to help us, with no pressure or guarantee that we were going to purchase a car that day made us comfortable enough to proceed with further negotiations. The whole process was easy, and even pleasurable! This has not been my experience with other car dealerships. After we purchased the car, Jerry and Ben helped us understand all the tech. Jerry has been responsive to our questions and needs after we have returned to Texas. This has been the best experience we have had in our many years of car ownership. More
