The salesman was new and he was great. However, the rest of the experience was not good and all. They could not locate keys to two vehicles I requested to test drive. This took about an ex However, the rest of the experience was not good and all. They could not locate keys to two vehicles I requested to test drive. This took about an extra hour and a half of my time. The other issue was a staff member came to me during the negotiation of a vehicle and told me that if I couldn’t afford that price I needed to look at other vehicles. Not very professional. The vehicle I purchased also was empty on washer fluid and empty on gas. I will admit that when I brought these items up on my second return trip to the dealership that the manager did take care of those items and was very friendly. The manager and the salesman are the only reason right now that I would say it is recommended. There is a lot of room for improvement on customer service. More
