Always the best! Each time we bring either car in it is a pleasure working with the service writers. This visit we brought in a CRV one day, diagnosed, notified, and agreed to the service and I left it over night, parts were ordered and the next day it was completed so fast. Just before we came to pick it up and we receive notice by email, the parts for the other car, a CRZ were in, so we dropped it off when we picked up the CRV, They completed that work within the hour and we were able to pick it up the same day, with a complete check point on essentials and a car wash!. Fast service, care from the writers, honest people, and always outstanding workmanship by the techs. I hear many people who complain about their dealers, but not us. Tiffany Springs Honda is the best. Thanks to everyone! More

Stress Free Experience. I bought my first car from the Honda of Tiffany Springs Dealership in January and it was a great experience. I used the US News and World Reports Best I bought my first car from the Honda of Tiffany Springs Dealership in January and it was a great experience. I used the US News and World Reports Best Price Programs to check out dealerships and prices. Honda of Tiffany Springs made the whole experience as stress free as it could be. Deana contact me based off my interest on the US News website and from there it was an easy experience to schedule an appointment to check out the car I'd picked out and make the purchase. Everyone I met at the dealership was friendly and helpful. They presented me with my options, but I never felt pressured to make a choice I was uncomfortable with. I've had my Honda Civic for about 7 months and it's been great! More

Best Honda Buying Experience I love my new Ridgeline!!! This is my fifth Honda, my third Ridgeline and I have always had a great buying experience but this time was exceptional. I love my new Ridgeline!!! This is my fifth Honda, my third Ridgeline and I have always had a great buying experience but this time was exceptional. This was my first time at Honda of Tiffany Springs and it won't be my last. I cannot say enough about the phenomenal customer service. I felt like every person involved went the extra mile, including Christian, the delivery specialist who went over every detail of my new Ridgeline. Thank you Bobby for finding my awesome ride, Ashly for keeping me mobile until it arrived, Jeff for driving to Des Moines to pick it up and Jesse for making the financing portion painless and fun. I won't tell my friends I feel that I was miss lead I had been buying pilots with navi's for the last 12 years from this dealer ship and I was not informed of the engine change in the pilot, I would n I had been buying pilots with navi's for the last 12 years from this dealer ship and I was not informed of the engine change in the pilot, I would not have bought this years model. I don't want more plastic in the engine and have more noises coming from engine because of it. Honda did a bad choice on the engine change. For the price I paid it was not worth it. Again I feel miss lead and lied to when I returned the Honda Pilot. It cost me lots of money when I returned the Pilot. I feel they could have done better for me since I had been with them for 12 years. If they treat a customer who has been with them this long, and don't take care of them they don't need your business either. I will finish my leases and walk away. I bought two cars this year. And this is the way they treated me. I am very unhappy. More
