Zero stars for my latest experience purchasing a new vehicle from this dealership, because of the persons assisted me during the process: AJ Woytek and some “Jeff manager”. Long story short: I research vehicle from this dealership, because of the persons assisted me during the process: AJ Woytek and some “Jeff manager”. Long story short: I researched the internet offers related to a 2024 Subaru Outback Limited for 5 weeks focusing on some factory installed accessories for my future new car. Found the car I wanted, listed at Ciocca Subaru Allentown. For initial contact and the purchase procedure it was recommended the sales consultant: “AJ”, a mean, disrespectful, unprofessional person I ever met. For every question I asked him about the vehicle I was interested for, he was barely able to provide a answer, showing on his face just frustration. At some time, I asked to talk with a manager, hoping I’ll get a chance to get along on a better purchasing process. From that point showed up “Jeff manager”, who handled better the selling/purchasing process, close to the end. Negotiations took a while, because of a very unfair price they offered for my “trade in vehicle” and some unwanted and unusable accessories they tryed to push over the listed price. Sale finalized, I took over the purchased vehicle, moment when I realized the gas tank is empty (sales price listed included a full tank of gas) The purchased vehicle was listed for sale on their website having factory installed “highlighted features”. All of listed features were factory installed and present, minus one: perimeter approach lights on (auto dimming exterior mirrors). I reached the sales consultant and the “Jef manager” asking about missing item from the purchased car. Both of them tryed to convince me over a half an hour “talking for nothing”, the item I was asking for, in not a factory installed item, but a complementary feature potential to be installed. REALLY???? Then, ….why it was listed as factory installed on their website?????? The price for missing LISTED feature was stated $600 plus installation labor. After lots of negotiations I got a promise form “Jeff manager” I ‘ll be reimbursed for missing listed item, a $250 check sent to my mail in couple days. TOTTALY WRONG APPROACH!!!! Right handling for this situation it should be: “ We apologies for missing item, … we are going to install charge free”, right away!!!! A car listed for sale on a dealership website must be sold as listed on website, no excuses…. This was my last car purchase with Ciocca Subaru Allentown More
