I was so nervous when I went into the showroom but as soon as I started talking with David he put me at ease and didn’t make me feel stupid at all. He listened to what I had to say and then gave me suggestions. I really liked the Jetta that I test drove but told him I still planned on checking out other dealerships. He completely understood and wished me luck. I did go to other dealerships and one talked to me as though I were stupid and another dealership barely talked to me when I told them I wasn’t buying anything that day just looking. Needless to say I went back to Pete Moore and David helped me purchase my new car today! I was so thankful for the kindness that they showed me and the pricing they offered was great too. I’m definitely recommending Pete Moore to all my friends. More

We shopped a few different dealerships before we found Pete Moore Import in Pensacola. It was a pleasure to buy a new VW Atlas from Mark at Pete Moore Import. His Sales Manager, Jeff was also pleasant and helpful. At one dealership we called, I explained that we are a cash buyer and asked what they had available. We've never heard back from them. I was amazed at the lack of follow up. What I liked the most was they are simple to do business with. Other dealerships we visited had the old "push" approach to making the sale while Pete Moore is using a consultative style. Both Mark and Jeff were eager to be of service. BEST CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE! GREAT TEAM! Wow!! What an amazing dealership. We were so disappointed by our local FWB dealership. We called Pete Moore Pensacola to see if they could find a new Wow!! What an amazing dealership. We were so disappointed by our local FWB dealership. We called Pete Moore Pensacola to see if they could find a new 2019 atlas that met our criteria. We talked to David Swartout and he was beyond helpful! His promptness was amazing! It took a week to locate the perfect Atlas but when they did, he called us and guaranteed it would be here by the time we needed it. Our lease was about to end on our Tiguan, they had us come up, sign all of the paperwork (we did most ahead of time and we were in and out of there in 45 minutes!), and they gave us a loaner vehicle for 2 nights since our car was not in yet. Helen from Pete Moore Cheverolet, delivered our car right to our driveway and swapped it out for the loaner. We CANNOT sing enough praises for David Swartout, Jeff Korel and Josh Zewifel for making the experience absolutely flawless! They were helpful, responsive, friendly and so happy the entire time! Their ability to make the experience so great for us shows that this dealership is so focused on making the customer happy! We will be driving a hour and a half away just to have our vehicle serviced at this dealership because of this experience that we had! Thank you guys for being so great to us! More

Completely satisfied and happier than ever!! First off let me say that every experience my husband and I have had at Pete Moore Imports has been wonderful, each staff member has been beyond helpf First off let me say that every experience my husband and I have had at Pete Moore Imports has been wonderful, each staff member has been beyond helpful and informative. Our personal favorite will always be David Swartout. He absolutely, 1000%, will be my go-to guy for any and all things at Pete Moore Imports! My husband decided in Sept 2017 to trade in his dearly loved Mitsubishi Lancer and insisted on getting a safer, more family friendly vehicle. Which I agreed to. I was not thrilled when he rolled into our driveway in the "tester" vehicle (which ended up being the car we went home with) so when I made it to Pete Moore Imports, I was far from happy. Until I met David. I will admit, I was rather abrasive at first towards him but when I tell you he went above and beyond to reassure me that what we were doing was best...I mean it wholeheartedly. Every question I had, David answered. Every ounce of apprehension I showed, David gave me confidence in our choice. I ran him through the ringer for sure. David handled everything with an upbeat demeanor. There was no "defeating" him at all. (Not that I was trying to or anything.) The honest truth is we left that night in Sept with the best car money could buy for us. As well as strong, well-earned respect for David and all of the guys at Pete Moore Imports. So, two week ago when I made the decision to get out from underneath my well-loved Chevy Malibu, I just knew who to go to. I knew it because there truthfully is no one better than David. I came straight from work to meet my husband and David and I don't regret it one bit. I apologized probably a thousand times for how I was towards him the first time we had met, but David again was upbeat and delighted to have our business again. I'll go as far to say that I would do anything for David. If he called me stranded on the side of the road, I'd be there to help. He's just that great of a guy. (He is for sure getting a Christmas card this year from us!) I can't even begin to tell you, how thankful I am to now have a 2019 VW Jetta. The car is safer for my family and far more spacious. With Jeff's advice, we did what was best for our finances too. My concern primarily with my Malibu was fuel consumption, well that is certainly a thing of the past now! That Jetta is a fuel conserving beast! I am so beyond satisfied it isn't even funny. Words just do not even express. A thousand thank yous to David Swartout and all of the guys at Pete Moore Imports! More
