I bought a Rav 4 in 2007 and have had 9 or ten safety recalls on it.One of the recalls was for sudden acceleratio,which they claim was caused by the driver's mat,which they put grabber hooks on Dec w4 a recalls on it.One of the recalls was for sudden acceleratio,which they claim was caused by the driver's mat,which they put grabber hooks on Dec w4 and march3,2025,the car did the same thing.I brought it in and it wouldn't repeat it's done it 5 times overall.they said they didn't think it was the same problem and gave me paperwork to fill out and return.i was also having an o&f change. The tech said I had NO PROFILE in the computer,when I was there a week ago.they took the paperwork,said they would contact Toyota and keep the car for an indefinite amt.of tome.They would not give me a loaner because I couldn't prove it was a Toyota problem they drove me home and said thry would pick me up.Last time they said that they left me stranded w_o a vehicle and didn't have the courtesy to call or to answer my messages about being picked up More

I haven't bought a car in 16 years but Nick Keifer was great to work with at IRA. He got me the car I wanted for the pricing I was comfortable paying and even a red bow that I asked for. Went in for oil change and it took 3. 5 hours. When asked why in the world does it take so long, the answer was corporate will not make the appropriate decisions to make the customer expe 5 hours. The dealership was very transparent and responsive which is typically hard to find. We have purchased a few cars from Ira and we have never left disappointed or upset. I know I can be demanding at times b is typically hard to find. We have purchased a few cars from Ira and we have never left disappointed or upset. I know I can be demanding at times but they were always thoughtful and considerate and were dedicated to make sure I was happy. I will always return to a dealership who honors their word and operates with transparency! More
