He’s been in the car industry for awhile and it shows in how knowledgeable he is about Toyota vehicles. He gave us 5 star service throughout the whole process. I can't say enough about Tommy Haynes. Each time we have bought a vehicle from him he went above and beyond to make sure we chose the vehicle we truly wanted. I have wanted the Rav4 Prime for about two years, but they are very scarce. When one was traded in he contacted me immediately and made sure he was available, as we both knew this would go quick. I recommend readers do business elsewhere. The sales staff was professional(although they should be) but my opinion regarding the experience and treatment (still ongoing) with the finance department lie staff was professional(although they should be) but my opinion regarding the experience and treatment (still ongoing) with the finance department lies somewhere between highly unprofessional and borderline criminal (fraud). Currently, 6 plus weeks after purchasing a new car, we are still waiting for a refund from a warranty and purchase total that we never agreed upon or signed for. A nightmare to say the least. Please avoid Wilde Toyota! More
