Best numbers given up front and no pressure or shenanigans involved. Jeff Klade in F&I was friendly and helpful too. He explained our options and didn’t use the pressure tactics so often resorted to in the finance office. The staff was also flexible to our schedule in making the deal happen. The detailing of the vehicle was “meh” by my standards but would be acceptable for most, including my wife, who the vehicle is for anyway. Overall, it was a low pressure, no BS purchase experience that I would recommend to others. More

Previous times Previous times I had my vehicle serviced people took time to explain if the warranty covered my expenses. I purchased an extended warranty for $1,000 Previous times I had my vehicle serviced people took time to explain if the warranty covered my expenses. I purchased an extended warranty for $1,000 to cover any computer issues. The first time I have a computer issue I'm told it's not covered. I can tell you that didn't set well with me. I also was not happy to find out after the fact, I would be charged $153 dollars for diagnostic work and no credit would go towards the $560 replacement cost for the computer. I have always had diagnostic cost applied as a credit at other dealerships when I brought my vehicle back to be repaired. I was very happy with my past experience at Zimbrick.
