I came in for an oil change and mentioned an SOS error message. I sat for 2 hours wondering what was going on. Nobody came to tell me anything. I finally went to the back to see what was happening. I w message. I sat for 2 hours wondering what was going on. Nobody came to tell me anything. I finally went to the back to see what was happening. I was told they were reprogramming the battery. I sat for another hour. No coffee. Three hours later someone brought me a warm water. I was extremely upset that I sat there for 3 hours. They joked about it which was even worse. Totally unacceptable. They need to learn how to communicate with the customer if it is going to be a 3 hour job before they start the work. I missed work because of it. I will not be back. I'll go anywhere else. Ruined my whole day. More

I had a problem that was causing one of my tires to thump when I was driving to BMW Middleburg Heights for another reason. They quickly discovered that my tire had picked up a clump of road tar. Problems eventually arise These guys have a great team. I went in for an alignment and they let me know i had other issues i had to deal with first and they didn't charge me fo These guys have a great team. I went in for an alignment and they let me know i had other issues i had to deal with first and they didn't charge me for the two separate times this happened. I was flustered at first, but then i came to realize they were just doing their job and trying to help me out. Overall good experience! I will be going in for my follow up here in a few days! More
