Customer service is a hit a miss. When I bought my 2022 Gmc Terrain, their service was the best. When calling to get my vehicle serviced, They don’t really answer the phones. This last time my oil was not completely filled and had to go get in person to the dealership to make an appointment. So you know, going in person is way better response on getting an early appointment . More
