Still waiting for a return call on parts ordered for repair. Service appointment and parts were ordered on 4/7. I was told would have in a few days and be able to complete repair prior to 4/19. Call repair. Service appointment and parts were ordered on 4/7. I was told would have in a few days and be able to complete repair prior to 4/19. Called on 4/17 I was told they were overnighted and would receive a call. Still no response! What has happened from 4/7 good service to now? No follow-up. More
