Very professional and easy to deal with. Jeff Harris is always easy and fair to deal with in the service area. He is a good communicator when your vehicle is there for service. If you want a friendly smile and a jovial greeting when you drop off your vehicle for service at the service department, then I recommend Jim O'Neal Ford. However, don't question their service nor ask for you drop off your vehicle for service at the service department, then I recommend Jim O'Neal Ford. However, don't question their service nor ask for information about the service, because that friendly smile and jovial greeting will morph into something else you won't like. I was having brake problems with my 2014 Edge (66870 miles never been in the shop except oil change and tires). I've done enough mechanic work on vehicles and know about brake hydraulics, boosters, and ABS systems. I traced it to my brake booster and did not want to change it out because replacing the booster on Ford Edges is very cumbersome and I'm getting old. I'm new to the southern Indiana area and had no idea of a trusted garage. I thought why not take it to a dealer who specializes in Ford products. I had my Edge towed to Jim O'Neal Ford and everyone there was very nice and cordial. I thought, "very nice, I think I'll like this place". I left the the car and in couple of days I was notified it was ready. I went to the register to pay. I reviewed the bill and paid. The invoice had an itemized list of labor and materials (no intake manifold gasket, no courtesy wash or vehicle check-up inspection). I asked the lady at the register if they had bled the brakes because it wasn't on the invoice. I mentioned that the brakes should have been bled because the master cylinder has to be removed. She said she had no idea and left it at that in a very impatient, defensive, disinterested posture. I ask her how I could find out, should I speak to the manager or someone. She huffed and directed me to the service advisor (Ashley Cox). I knew Ashley because she checked the car in. I asked Ashley and she immediately took on the same impatient, defensive, disinterested attitude and said that I'd have to speak to the senior advisor (Jeff) about it. Same thing with him but worse, he barely gave me the time. I asked him why everyone was so unresponsive and offended by me asking a simple question? He said he wasn't offended but yet he would not answer me. A tech who just happened to walk by and overheard us talking, stopped and walked over to me and explained that the tech probably just disconnected the mounting bolts and moved the master brake cylinder out of the way for clearance (sounded plausible). I got very horrible assistance from all concerned, except the uninvolved tech who just happened to pass by, and thought that I'd take the car home and inspect the work myself. As I got into my car to go home, Ashley (service advisor) approached me and said she talked a the Tech and that he gave her a list of major assemblies he removed so as to replace the booster. The master cylinder was on the list which has two hydraulic lines connected to it. I told Ashley, if he removed it, the brakes have to be bled. If he just unbolted it and pushed it out of the way for clearance, then no, they don't have to be bled. I never got it officially reconciled. I felt horrible about how I was treated, and drove away. I said to myself, "I'll check it all out when I get home". On the way home, my brakes felt a bit spongy. When I got the car home, I opened the hood and this is a list of what I found; vacuum line from booster to throttle body intake disconnected, lose bolt from somewhere resting on top of the transmission just below master cylinder area, spilled battery electrolyte on top of battery, my engine cover loose where it had been ripped from its bottom mounting, broken mounting bracket securing one of the computer cables, it looked like they moved the master cylinder out of the way for clearance ( no need for bleeding). So again, if you trust Jim O'Neal Ford and never look over or question their service, go for it. Your call! More

Still will be a returning customer. More

We noticed some oil on our driveway, so my husband gets under my car and notices oil all over my skid plate. He takes the skid plate off and my car is leaking oil from the filter. My oil was below the fill line when we checked it. How awful. More
