We were not in need of a car, but it was definitely time for a change because my old one kept giving us problems. In the city due to vacation, my husband decided we should give Orlando Infiniti a try since for a change because my old one kept giving us problems. In the city due to vacation, my husband decided we should give Orlando Infiniti a try since we didn't have any success with the one where we live. Zach was great. Not only was he honest and personable, he LISTENED to what we wanted and made it happen. I walked away with a GREAT vehicle. He even took it a step further by going the extra mile in his thank you to let us know that his genuineness was real. He left a lasting impression. Orlando Infiniti was great. It was clean, professional and accommodating. Jeff from Finance was great too. It was a great experience. We will definitely recommend him and the dealership to anyone interested in a new vehicle!
