Service reps Casey and Nick go out of their way to accommodate me and my service needs. I was given a loaner to allow me to use for getting to work. Service costs are a concern. I was very disappointed with the original diagnosis of vehicle. It was damage from an accident tire and Steering arm. Went to pick up and tire was flat, someone drove the car 2 times and never noticed, th vehicle. It was damage from an accident tire and Steering arm. Went to pick up and tire was flat, someone drove the car 2 times and never noticed, then I drove and steering not good, turned out the steering rack was also broke. Now we're into 5,000.00 damage which should have totaled car and I would have had that amount to put into a new car, now I've got a car with 200,000 miles on it. Bad decision bringing here thinking dealership would be best. Also had oil changed, I always use synthetic, but mileage on sticker is 3,000. More
