I bought a 19 TLX from Muller's Woodfield Acura. I live about 3 hours away and they had a vehicle I was interested in so I contacted them via the website. Danielle, the internet sales manager, George, my salesman, and Jeff, the finance manager, all worked quickly to ensure everything was ready within a few days for me to buy the car and drive it home. George was even nice enough to pick me up at the airport, which I greatly appreciated. The car was even better in person than in the pictures. Muller's Woodfield Acura's detail person did an absolutely fantastic job. I signed the paperwork and was out of there, and on my way home, within an hour of arriving at the dealership. When I got to the finance office at the end of the deal I saw that Jeff had found a better deal for me through a different financing company (lower interest rate) so that was a nice surprise. I’m really happy with the car. Even though it’s a used vehicle it feels and looks like a new car. They’re being affected by the car shortage so inventory isn’t as high as it would be in normal times but I’m still happy with the car I chose. More
