I've been very apprehensive when it comes to dealerships, with both sales & service. My first couple of times visiting this dealership for service, I was expecting a bad time. They have yet to do me wrong, t with both sales & service. My first couple of times visiting this dealership for service, I was expecting a bad time. They have yet to do me wrong, though. By chance I always end up with Jeffrey as the service rep. He's very verbose & transparent with everything being done. Communication is always on point. Everything is always neatly itemized as well. I'm never blind-sided with extra charges. He even let's me know of coupons / deals that can be applied. More

Very disappointed in the service this time. Had a 10:30 appointment but my car went in after 11:30. I questioned this after waiting and was told that appointment cars are to get the next mechan Had a 10:30 appointment but my car went in after 11:30. I questioned this after waiting and was told that appointment cars are to get the next mechanic. I told him this didn’t happen I saw 2 mechanics with key fob and paperwork get into cars and drive around to the service area 15 minutes after I sat down. After my vehicle was finished and I paid I went to the car outside to my shock my glove compartment was wide open and paperwork from it on the floor and white grease on the exterior trim of the passenger window. Went inside and brought the service adviser outside and showed him the vehicle and all I got was he was sorry. I took care of the glove compartment and the grease not him. This should not have happened in the service center and if not when it was washed. This did not happen got just I AM SORRY Very disappointed More

I had an appointment for Part B maintenance and a state inspection. This was done in a reasonable amount of time while I waited. Jeffrey kept me informed and made sure I okayed an additional charge for a inspection. This was done in a reasonable amount of time while I waited. The waiting area had coffee, apples, and cereal bars available for folks-a nice touch. More
