Brought my 2012 328 because of an ongoing check engine light. I've been having ongoing problems with this car that no one seemed to be able to fix. The Service Manager Jeff listened to my story and was su light. I've been having ongoing problems with this car that no one seemed to be able to fix. The Service Manager Jeff listened to my story and was super helpful. He explained what the car needed after they looked at it and really helped me out. No more check engine light and I feel like I found a place I can trust! I'm definitely coming back again! More

Bridgewater BMW has been my service provider for the last 3 years. I trust Jeff Defonseka and his service team to service all of my vehicles needs. They send me a video of the services preformed every time and provide clear explanations of the services that they are performing. Stay away from this dealership. Darrel and, Jeff the service manager, are unprofessional. My daughter took her BMW to the dealership for some basic work. Here's the scam at this dealership ; they will service manager, are unprofessional. My daughter took her BMW to the dealership for some basic work. Here's the scam at this dealership ; they will refuse to do something unless you agree to other unnecessary service. Example: they refused to rotate the tires on the car unless a $300 alignment was done. This after being told the alignment was fine. I guess business is off with the pandemic but Darrel and Jeff are blatantly offensive. I hope they can learn to not disrespect young women. More

I've been a customer here for 5 years. Had a 2014 328xi, a 2015 335xi, and now a2018 m550i. Came in for my regular scheduled maintenance oil change. The service advisor told me they couldn't do it because t a 2015 335xi, and now a2018 m550i. Came in for my regular scheduled maintenance oil change. The service advisor told me they couldn't do it because the trip computer said it wasnt due. Mind you, 5000 miles ago I paid for a oil change at this dealership to have my prevententive maintenance oil change done. They denied my oil change because the tech has reset scheduled maintenance light on the trip computer. Now Im stuck paying for two oil change ($200 ea)!!!! Nobody tried to apologized or try to fix the mistake. BMW of Bridgewater will never service my BMWs EVER again. More

Great people who really helped me in a tough situation! Alex was so patient, understanding, and really worked to get me at the price and car I wanted.
